With the aim of promptly encouraging and demonstrating care for the well-being and working conditions of Officers and Crew Members working onboard, the Company’s Leadership recently organized visits, meetings, and presented gifts to Officers and Crew Members when vessels called at Vietnamese ports.
During the meetings, representatives of the Company’s Leadership inquired about daily life and working conditions, while also listening to the thoughts and concerns of Officers and Crew Members throughout their service onboard. The Leadership acknowledged and highly appreciated the strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and discipline of the crew, which contributes to ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations.
On the occasion of each vessel visit, the Company’s Leadership presented meaningful gifts and extended their encouragement, wishing Officers and Crew Members good health, unity, and continued success in fulfilling their duties, while ensuring maritime safety and compliance with shipowners’ regulations and applicable laws.
These visits are practical and meaningful activities, reflecting the Company’s continuous care and support for its employees, while also strengthening the connection between the Company and its seafarers—the core workforce in the Company’s ship supply and management operations.

On November 4, 2025, the Leadership of Ocean Ship Management and Maritime Services Joint Stock Company visited and held a meeting with the Officers and Crew of the vessel LIMCO SEOUL, immediately after the vessel completed its docking process and officially resumed a new voyage.

On September 13, 2025, the Company’s Leadership of Ocean Shipping was present in Vung Tau to visit and meet with the Officers and Crew of the vessel LIMCO SILVER.

The Director visited the vessel Limco Harmony at Vung Tau Port.
